We decided to meet at a coffee shop in order to ensure everybody understood the story, script, shot types and how to achieve them and every bodies individual job. We had discussions after reading through the summary I had written up and decided on names for the character, this was because I was unsure myself as to what to call them. We then went through the list of props we had previously written up and decided who would be responsible for each prop. We agreed the time and day of the shoot and then departed, i felt the meeting was successful.
